Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within [14/30] days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible, items must be:

Unused, unopened, and in original condition

In original packaging (including any seals, labels, and accessories)

Returned with proof of purchase (order number/receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Opened or used products

Items with broken seals or altered packaging

Final sale / clearance items (if marked as such)

Gift cards (if applicable)
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us—we’ll make it right.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the item and packaging

A brief description of the issue
We will review and provide the best solution (replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable).
How to Start a Return or Exchange

Contact us at soporte@ayurmedic.store with your order number and request (return or exchange).

We’ll reply with instructions and (if applicable) a return authorization.

Ship the item back to the address provided.
Please do not send returns without contacting us first.
Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged/defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

You will be notified of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days (processing times may vary by bank/payment provider).
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you request an exchange, we will ship the replacement item after we receive and inspect the returned product (unless otherwise agreed). Availability may vary.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it may not be possible to cancel.
