AyurMedic offers natural Ayurvedic products produced and extracted in Sri Lanka, following traditional practices and local manufacturing standards.

We are not responsible for exchange rate differences charged by payment providers.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders promptly.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and courier services. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our separate Returns & Exchanges Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Generally, products must be unused and unopened to qualify for return, unless otherwise stated in the policy.
